FF/EMT Robert Topa
Just
released from probation, Robert came to us with very little fire department
experience but a great deal of life experience. Within months we had
molded him to a fine fireman capable of taking down walls by simply running
through them. We call him Frank the Tank. He can
be found in the kitchen sorting styrofoam cups into neat symmetrical rows every morning.
